Now lets take Hitler first, maybe the worst example we can think of. He gets only a few yards off shore before he drowns in ankle deep water. Now, your friend, on the other hand, gets, let's say, five miles. Let suppose you get ten miles and Mother Theresa and Ghandi get 100 miles off the shore. Now, Mother Theresa, you may notice, got ten times more as far as you did and you could point out that you got twice as far as your friend did---and certainly got hundreds of times further than Hitler. |
