It's kind of like a toddler who's just learning to walk. You know, they grab your finger with their pudgy little hand, but then they trip and they fall because they can't hang on. But when we weary of them falling, we grab their hand and put their hand in ours. So when the toddler trips and stumbles, they don't fall. That's what God is promising to do---to 'hang' on to us. The good news is, we're in His hands. |
