If two or more statements contradict each other, they cannot both be true. Either 'A' is true and 'B' is false; 'B' is true and 'A' is false; or both 'A' and 'B' are false. They both can't be true.

Since they contradict each other, Hinduism and Judaism cannot both be right about their definition of God---but they can both be wrong. What is irrational and illogical is to say that they're both right.
