So once again, it turns out that security can actually help produce the right kind of behavior. As a matter of fact, many people who have operated on the assumption that living a good life is the requirement for getting to heaven, who have then changed their mind based on what the Bible has to say and have accepted the gift---as a gift with no strings---have said that both their own lives and the lives of their families have improved steadily, not gotten worse. Genuine security through faith in Christ actually does breed growth. |
