It's like the quote that warns people about spending
our lives climbing the ladder of success---and finally after many
years of hard work, you get to the top, and you find out that the
ladder is leaning on the wrong wall (or is the wrong mountain).
Most of us can say we don't want to miss out
on the best in life---that we don't want our ladder to be leaning
on the wrong wall. God loved us enough to send His son to die for
all of us and to offer us eternal life as a gift---with no strings.
Now, with that kind of love, He must want the best for me, and since
He's all knowing, that means He knows what's best for me.
So, what He wants is really what we all want deep down.
