What does the pantheist
say about evil?
Hinduism or the Eastern philosophy is essentially Pantheism. It's
also the philosophical basis of the New Age Movement and Christian
Science. "Pan" means all, and "theism" means
God---everything is God. Pantheists believe that the world is God
and that there is no separate entity that created the world independent
from the world. They believe the universe is eternal and identical
with God---the universe and God are the same. If you believe that
everything is God, and if you acknowledge that evil exists, then
God must be evil!
