EVENTS FOR 2007
AS OF 27 MAR 07:
APRIL
1 - SUNDAY
"Easter in the Park" (1:00-3:00PM). Providing the surrounding community and our 'team' with a day of fun, an Easter Egg Hunt, and other enjoyable activities for the children in Beverly Park (located on Beverly Road between Evergreen and Southfield). This will also 'introduce' the community to "K:west."
We will need people in all aspects of the event: decorations, food, setup, greeting, organizing the hunt, other kid activities, crafting, talking about K:west, etc. We will have several shifts available for you to serve---setup will begin at 10:00 AM.
5-8 - THURSDAY-SUNDAY
K:west teams needed to help during the Good Firday and Easter services at both Main and North---Hospitality; Ushering; Parking, etc.
21/22 - RECEPTION (at MAIN and NORTH)
K:west will be the 'focus' of the entire weekend at KCC "Main," presenting the opportunity to all interested to join us in this adventure. Also, you can just come by to 'encourage' the team and have a great snack and beverage. Reception rooms will be at both “Main” and “North.”
MAY
10-31 - HOME MEETINGS
Continuing to strengthen community between the people that are interested in being a significant part of the 'operations' of K:west. There will a Q and A with either Steve, Dave, Mark or Craig. The following are the planned dates for the 'presentation'. They will happen in a variety of locations, promarily in Birmingham, Bloomfield, Beverly Hills, Royal Oak, Farmington Hills, and West Bloomfield:

Willow Creek ”Leadership Summit” at Kensington “Main.” We will have K:west breakout rooms.

Pre-launch set-up; Service run through; Prayer meetings; BBQ.
9 - SUNDAY
Preview/rehearsal service.
16 - SUNDAY
Preview/rehearsal service.
23 - SUNDAY
GRAND OPENING service!!!
